Day 1
Transfer from airport to Santiago hotel to begin your classic city tour.Sprawling outwards and upwards, Chile's capital, Santiago, is immense. Its central core, however, is manageable and relatively small - a roughly triangular area bounded by the Mapocho River on the north. It is a city of grand thoroughfares and plazas, lined with public buildings and churches and circled by parks. The Virgin Mary guards the city from the peak of the 860m (2821ft) Cerro San Cristóbal, part of the Parque Metropolitano recreational area.
Evening: Typical Chilean Dinner with at the Hotel Restaurant including a Chilean dance (Cueca chilena).
Day 2
Enjoy a morning Cooking course with a Chef at the hotel with your afternoon at leisure to explore beautiful Santiago.
Day 3
Morning visit to the cooking school “Inacap” or similar, including lunch.Lunch will be served at the Casino of Inacap. Transfer back to the hotel, afternoon at leisure.
Day 4
Half-day tour of the Santa Rita Vineyard. Morning drive towards the Maipo Canyon up to Las Vertientes, a popular resort at the foothills of the Andes, with a view of the winding Maipo river. Continue to the Santa Rita winery located 40 kms. South of Santiago, in the Maipo Valley, renown as one of the finest viticultural areas in the world. Santa Rita owns an impressive estate with 800 hectares of vineyard land for the production of high quality wines, a completely modern vinification facility and high storage capacity, as well as the old family mansion, which is surrounded by nearly 100 acres of a beautiful hundred-year-old park and ornamental gardens. Upon arrival, comprehensive tour through the premises followed by lunch served at the nice vineyard restaurant, which is a remodeled part of the old family house.

Day 5
Full day tour of Valparaiso & Vina Del Mar. After breakfast will start our full day excursion to the beach cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar driving thought the beautiful Casablanca Valley where will visit one of the numerous emerging vineyards of the zone. Valparaiso combines in its urban landscape the giant bulk of ships moored at its docks with the narrowness of its main streets. Ingenuity has transformed this abrupt piece of coastline into one of the world ’s most picturesque and famous port cities. The views are particularly breathtaking when seen from sea at dusk; a semi-circle of illuminated hills cascading down to the water. The city was recently named as the Cultural Capital of Chile and will receive massive investment in coming years.
Chile's premier beach resort, Viña del Mar, is only 10km (6 miles) north of Valparaiso, and is popularly known as the Garden City because of its manicured subtropical landscape of palm and banana trees. Horse-drawn carriages trot past attractive turn-of-the-century mansions on both river and beach frontages.
Other attractions are the white-sand beaches, numerous parks and notable museums housed in restored mansions. The town is also the home of Chile's national botanical garden, comprising 61ha (151ac) of native and exotic plants.
Lunch at Local Restaurant based on set menu including wine. Pm. Return to Santiago ending at your hotel.
Day 6
Enjoy a journey through Chile’s Sixth Region - the Colchagua Valley - the green heart of the country and home to more than seventy vineyards. Soon the countryside becomes representative of the Central Chilean area and after about 80 Km, we arrive to the Santa Cruz area to visit vineyards Bisquertt, La Posada or Viu Manent.Here we will learn about grapes, the production process of fine wines; we will visit the facilities and cellars and, of course, have the chance to try some of the products. The purchase of a few bottles of the wines you liked best, at preferential prices, is also possible.
A visit to Viña Viu Manent: A winery established toward the middle of the 19th Century with grape stock brought directly from France, and is thus one of Chile’s oldest makes of fine wines.
Evening. Maridaje Dinner (including Somelier) will be served at the hotel restaurant.
Day 7
Gastronomy Centre “Mirador de Lolol” , with the idyllic view of Lolol valley in Colchagua (inside Santa Cruz vineyard), full of light and fresh air, with fantastic panoramic views of the green and blue grapevines, where the visitors learn recipes, old culinary secrets, share in an environment of contagious friendship, delight the sense of taste with preparations and delicious wines having the most grateful and unforgettable experiences full of flavour and smells of the rural world.

Day 8
Bisquertt Vineyard & Casa De Los Espiritus. Tour around the premises of this winery run by the Bisquertt family, which started producing fine wines at their well-established agricultural land. Bisquertt started focusing on exports in 1991. Tour will be followed by a wine tasting.
Continue to Viu Manent Winery. The Company has family owned and run since its inception in 1935. In 1966, under the direction of the second generation, the family acquired the company's first vineyard, Hacienda San Carlos de Cunaco, a winery and vineyard planted in the 19th century. Viu Manent has an internationally award winning variety of wines. Lunch will be served at the winery. Visit the premises, wine tasting and horse carriage ride around the vineyards
Day 9
Santa Cruz back to Santiago with an overnight in Santiago.
